First of all, I did try the search feature here to answer my question. I guess I am not searching the right way, because it didn't help.
Can someone please tell me the easiest way to post pics here?

Upload the pictures to an image hosting site, such as imgur (http://imgur.com/).

Once its uploaded take the image link and use the insert image button in the menu above the text box.
