Angus Choice brisket. 24 hours in the smoker, 1 in the cooler (should have been 1.5 to 2, but we were hungry).

And a couple of hours later..... Burnt ends. But they didn't quite as burned as we like. I lost track of time and the smoker started drop temp.

One of these days I am soooo stopping by to eat all the food you make!

And French Dip. London port roast beef and havarti cheese.
Threw the roast beef in the au jus a few minutes and then tossed the open hoagies in the oven to melt the havarti.

I am always down to cook. By god, you will not leave my house hungry. 10 lbs heavier, sure, but hungry, no. Damn! I forgot a shot of the banana pudding my wife made. Now THAT is some good shit.

Today’s lunch - garden salad with seafood salad, shrimp, avocado, cakes, celery, roasted peppers, egg, cheese, roast corn, portobello mushroom, cheese etc. weighs just under two pounds!

Does coffee count?

I have been making coffee at home like this for a few years now. It took me a while to find the beans I like and how to adjust my machine to give the correct extraction. Perfect way to get me going in the morning.
