And here is is!! First attempt at @Mikthehun1 ’s pizza recipe.

I don't know what the recipe looks like but seems like the dough needs to punched/rolled flat to release excess air and then stab the crust with a sharp knife every few inches to give the gasses a place to vent. Another is to roll it out and partial-bake it at somewhat lower (say 275?) temp enough to kill off the yeast and then when you put the sauce+toppings on and bake for real at a higher heat the bubbles won't form.

But...but...I like the bubbles lol. Ate half of it and the second piece (cut it into 1/4's) especially with my personal mouth forensics team giving me notes. Several things I can do better. Read all about the partial bake thing and I may try that bit later. The BBQ grill wasn't the best choice and I'm expecting the oven pizza tomorrow to be much better. Completely forgot to punch it and just pulled to a kind of circle. It's edible and I enjoyed it. Will eat the rest tonight or tomorrow morning. Thank you for your input!

And here is is!! First attempt at @Mikthehun1 ’s pizza recipe. Topping are a little...soupy haha. And when it cools off, I can get one of the neighbor kids to play frisbee with it. Kidding. Gonna eat the heck out of this once it cools off. Next attempt will be tomorrow. Also, used the bbq instead of oven. Tomorrow is oven all the way.

I want to smoke some meats but damn meat prices have skyrocketed in my area. Like ridiculously!
That's everywhere man. Everywhere.
And not just meats, groceries in general have gone up.

Second go at pizza. Was amazing looking till it stuck to the peel when transitioning. Sooo football. Cooling now

Looks great, sprinkle cornmeal on your peel before putting on the dough next time to prevent the sticking.

I used flour and made sure it slid around before doing the toppings. Guess I took too long and the dough ate the flour.

Or use parchment paper. Form your dough into a circle than place it on the parchment paper and add your toppings. Then slide the parchment paper with pizza onto the peel and slide into the oven on whatever you’re using. Stone or metal plate. Then you can just pull on the parchment paper when taking out of the oven with your peel.
