I love cooking. Mostly grilling and smoking but also love cooking pasta dishes. Some of my recent dishes include homemade shrimp & pea risotto, grilled Sicilian style pork roast and smoked pork butt, which we used for bbq and pork tacos.

And the pork roast. Not sure why all 3 pics didn't upload in my initial response

Just for kicks I decided to make a Big Mac meal. Made the Big Mac sauce from a recipe found online and air fried the fries but I’ll be honest, they were frozen. Turned out well. It was fun.

Your burger looks awesome!

My fast food fries involve hand slicing shoestrings, parchment paper and a baking sheet. Sprinkle a little salt when done... as simple as it gets with all fresh ingredients. Slice them like chips and get the same results.

I’ve been out of it a bit. But tonight I must of wanted carbs because I’ve been making sandwiches and bread

Earlier. Blt with ham, little cherry tomatoes.

then after watching a lot of Gordon Ramsey, I felt like trying to make poached eggs. Delicious!

On the grill tonight.
Philly teaser brats and pineapple brats; bacon wrapped sirloin mini steaks; loin chops and chicken breasts.

And one hotdog for the grandson.
