I hear ya. But that little gas grill was struggling in the 30s; it took a good 30min+ to get everything cooked. I would have used the BGE, but time was late and this was still quicker than getting that thing up to temp.
I'm not sure what's more incredible...that they expect sensible people to taste duck shit or that it has a floral fragrance.
