If you also think Thick steaks are awesome…reverse sear is your best friend, next to bourbon of course 😉

Crockpot lasagna soup tonight. Really good.

Mixed some Butter Pecan Ole Smokey with some A&W (not the cream soda I had intended on) and THAT was really good.

Also I turned my back on a mostly empty jar of parmesan cheese for 3 seconds but that's all the new cat Abigail needs apparently...

thank you! not a big red pepper fan so that works out. doesn't seem like a very expensive meal either for how much it produces, all I need is ricotta and maybe onions and noodles.

much appreciated will try to cook it this weekend! thanks again
Absolutely! I've found in this and any other meal, that I shredded my own Mozz instead of buying the already shredded, and it's a lot better IMO

forgot to reply, I did make this, and I thought it was delicious. my gf on the other hand, she hated it. she isn't too fond on lasagna in first place, but turning it into this format she hated it.

I consider this a double win, I got to eat all of it!

Also made Collard and Daikon Kimchi. Having to ferment in the house because of cold. It stinks. About a week before I can put it in something sealed.

I love Daikon kimchi! Never had it with collards though. That sounds interesting!
