Happy New Year everyone! I was grilling and smoking in 50F temps last week for Christmas, tonight it’s 30F and snowing as I grill steak and lobster. Wouldn’t have it any other way though

Wow! That fish is coated and fried beautifully! I would absolutely love to sit down to that meal. Bravo!
