Still have a sister and an adult son there. Usually get up there once or twice a year. I remember when Sunriver was just a lodge/restaurant and a few dozen condos.

Luna just turned 5 last week.

Beautiful Black Lab.. My 16 year old Chocolate Lab was put down last year. (You have the same tile as us too, so I did a double take)... Right after we put her down, the cat passed a few months later.. Some say a dog is Mans Best Friend, but our dog was the cat's best friend.

Thanks. Ive seen that bond between animals, they get heartbroken too. Our Chocolate girl had to be put to sleep in Jan. 2016 due to cancer at 14 years old, I was a wreck for a good week or so. Didn’t want another dog. Then we saw this one a couple months later and drove 4 hours to get her. She’s too smart sometimes. Just a 90lb puppy still. Chocolate was a sweet, calm English Lab, Luna is a wild American Lab. It’s good in a way that they’re so different though.

My cat got hurt today, no idea how. Only variable is, we had internet crew of 5 guys in my yard all day, and my cat miracously is hurt. Like he was kicked in the hip.

I asked if they’d seen a white cat the guy did a quick no to me.God that makes me mad. He’s limping around the house but don’t think anything’s broke. Will take to vet Friday.

he’s been on his little hammock all day. I hopehe didn’tseriously get kicked but maybe a scuffle with an animal or something (no marks) just seems strange ya know? Again thouth, not all people are good.

Ever notice that dog spelled backwards spells God. God sent us dogs to show us how much he loves us but after a while he thought our heads were getting too big so then he sent us cats to get our heads right sized again.

While I agree with the love part why does he only let them be in our life for a short part of it. It's been 8 months and everytime I think of him my heart breaks. Loosing him was the hardest thing I ever gone through.

Luna just turned 5 last week.

Beautiful dog. Of all the things I lost in my separation, soon to be divorce, my boy Cooper is what I miss most. Labs in general are awesome dogs. Mine was professional trained and ignoring a couple jealousy incidents when he was still a puppy, he was a perfect dog. Well behaved, fun, full of energy. He was so well trained I could take him out while I did yard work or wash the car and he'd just hang with me.

My heart breaks for those who have lost their pets recently. I guess it is something we know will come one day but something we try not to think about.

I don't think I have had a dog touch my heart as much as my little buddy who turned 8 a few weeks ago. He has had a rough trot over those years but he is just so happy, loving, trusting and caring. The adage that "you don't get the dog you want, you get the dog you need" is so true.

Today was haircut day.

Ask any of your neighbors if they have security cameras. Maybe someone caught it on tape. If it was a private contractor. I can’t imagine the company he works for would be very happy with him. when presented with video and a vet bill.
