So I ordered an oversized heat exchanger.
Received it. Wrong one. No big deal. Isht happens.
Contacted Beefcake and they got with whipple and immediately sent the correct one (with an RMA shipping label). They didn't wait for me to return the other one and didn't demand to put a hold on my credit card.
With bad reviews these days it seems like we don't get to see all the great service examples and instances where people are very happy. I wanted to give credit to Beefcake and Whipple. So much of customer service isn't being perfect, it's how a company responds when there's an issue and they jumped on it and resolved it as fast as it could have happened.
