Poly fill in a ported sub=some material getting blown out of sub enclosure

I thought at first that I may have put too much (raw, not glued or fastened in any way inside the box), as some of the poly fill is blowing out through the port. btw, I replaced the anemic B&0 10' and now have a Power Accoustic 10'" running solo off in a ported box by an Alpine class D PDX M12 monoblock amp.
Any practical way of stopping the fluff from getting out of the box?

Do you have pictures of the fill blowing out? That shouldn't happen at all unless it's blocking the port.

Usually if the enclosure is correctly sized you don't need any polyfill at all, no matter if sealed or ported.

You didn't use an old batch of asbestos poly fill, did you?

just put some screen-door mesh over the hole.

I removed the stuff. I won't do that again.

I usually don't put polyfill in a ported box.
