Assumptions:
- Ford Performance is committed to OEM and Turn Key racing until at least 2019 as demonstrated by their Ford GT announcement.
- Ford and Porsche are supporting IMSA, PWC, and FIA in establishing a unified GT4 racing specifications worldwide.
- Ford will continue to homologate and race a GT4 coupe for as long as they race the Ford GT. There will be at least one street version, possibly two.
- Ford will race their GT4 coupe in FIA and sell their street versions worldwide where allowed.
- Ford will continue to release SE FI (Mach1, GT500, Cobra Jet) cars to compete in sales and Turn Key racing with GM and FCA but not for OEM racing.
- Ford's GT4 coupe will evolve from the current GT350 FPC through 18-19 as rules allow with upgrades such as PDI, DCT, light-weighting, early release S650 features etc.
Given the above assumptions what would you prefer Ford call their GT4 coupe for 18-19? You don't need to own any Mustang to vote. You just need to know what a GT350 is and have some interest in this ongoing debate.
Your preferred name for Ford's 18-19 GT4 track car? Feel free to explain the reason for your preference in the threads below.
