In the end I suppose it comes down to a question as to whether civilization is sustainable or unsustainable. Hunter gatherers flourished for 1000’s of generations and did not exist in a formal sedentary civilization and were balanced in the ecology. Agrarian civilization and more advanced civilizations have only existed for about 400 generations and the mark on the ecology is quite profound starting with the examination of energy consumption. Add in the concept of “overshoot” and you see a repeated theme of the health and well-being of the ecology declines as the perceived progress and well-being of the elites and ruling class expands. I dunno, just my 2 cents worth.

It's been said that politics is the new religion. Think of the wars in the past that were fought over religious beliefs. Some are still going on. If we have another civil war in the US it will probably be along political lines rather than racial as most believe.

I frankly doubt "most" believe in a race war. Communist (pretending to be for 'Blacks' when it suits them) vs non-Communist, sure. The Blacks wouldn't have a chance anyway - a mere 13% of population thanks to Margaret Sanger who founded Planned Parenthood with the express purpose of killing Black babies. And also thanks to the deliberate destruction of Black society thru Welfare - 15 trillion dollars in "reparations" paid to date... Even with their White hangers-on they simply don't have the numbers.

You think we are done with Russia yet. Don't bet on it. It's been on the back-burner for awhile but it's still there. There are many things we still don't know yet. Every his staunchest supporters on the hill are slowly, quietly backing away from him. He's done, put a fork in him. Hopefully his ego is so big that he will quit before the election. There is nothing in his mind worse than losing. He already sees the handwriting on the wall and it is not good. Deciding not to run is the easy way out.
