Please Help what size Drag Radials

I'm going to track this Friday what size drag radials should on run on stock 18" base s550 gt wheels with 3.31 gearing

your stock wheel is a 18x8 no drag radial will work properly on that width, you need a wider wheel.

The M&H DRs run narrow. They have a 275/45-18 that fits well and works great.

Then those will work, they'll bulge a tad but work I mean typically a 275 is rated for wheels 9" and up so its a wider tire on a narrow wheel, so your only using a small amount of the contact patch. But you decrease the psi for grip off the dig so I mean ya lol.
