Plant Hold stuck at Railyard

Hi Folks,
My car was built on 04/01 and got to a railyard just 10 miles from my dealer on 04/11. Today I was told by ford chat that my car is on plant hold.
Reading up on bronco forums I see guys waiting for months on this so called " plant hold".
Can someone shed some light on this issue or has any mustang owner experienced this?
