thats crazy... others have checked with their dealers for 2-3 hours. which is about $200-350.any dealership will do it for you. FYI it'll be around $575.00 - $660.00. There is no official time code for these kit(s) and so they look up each individual part.
I have asked several dealerships for the sake of keeping my warranty intact and they all gave me about the same answer. See below.
There is also another hour of calibration/download tune time in there because it never goes as smoothly as anticipated.
I'm thinking about just doing it myself though. I already have 20K on the clock and I like to do all my own work. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
If you can get that quote then do it. Everyone I talked to won't touch it for less than the price stated. But then again I was inquiring for the PP2, not a PP1.

I got a place willing to do it for $400 in the bay, he has already a prior experience installing pp2 according to him. Campbell Ford performance, I think I got another place for cheaper. I'll update this post.

Where are you getting a $300 quote? Not on the west coast?
New place. Eqtuning in Farfield quoted me 240-300 depending on their install time.
