Thanks, yeah $1200 is a lot cheaper than 3K, that's why I'm hopeing to find them used. The only place you can get the true 50th LE rear 1/4 glass is through a salvage facility that is going to part the whole car OR if you happen to catch a parted set on eBay.
The last set to sell on eBay included not only the 1/4 glass but all surrounding chrome window trim. The set was sold for $1,149.99

You can try searching through the “Put out to Pasture thread” and see if anyone is parting any of the LE’s listed, but most are being sold as whole cars.
The glass can still be bought through Ford, however you need to provide proof of ownership of one of the 1,964 LE’s (VIN and registration) and Ford retail was as high as $1500.00 per side, excluding the additional chrome needed for the window surrounds.
With only 1,964 examples built, finding one as salvage is few and far between, especially those facilities who will just part the glass from the body - because that is the most valuable part of an LE.
