The PZC4 is OE on the Handling Package Ecoboost. For their intended purpose, I have no complaints about the tire.

The “hate” is based on actual usage. Virtually everyone on here that had them found them to be inadequate.
This. Had Pirelli's on my M235. Was quite pleased when I switched them over to Michelins.

ONLY THREE TIRES YOU SHOULD EVER CONSIDER ON A MUSTANG.

BRIDGESTONE BLIZZAKS.
MICHELIN PILOT SPORT CUP 2.
MICHELIN PILOT (4S/PS2) not entirely sure what the difference is between these two.

The blizzaks are no joke.

After a quick search it appears that Pirellis are in fact standard on the PP1 now. What a shame, the MPS4S tires were a big selling point for the 2018+ PP1. Must be either cost savings or a supply issue, though I'm suspecting it's the former.

I had OE Pirelli tires P Zero on a 2013 Boss 302 that I bought new. I kept that car for 6.5 years and put about 10k miles on it. I drove it as intended a good bit and the tires probably had 50-60 percent left at 10K. They were awful in the cold, as they should be since they are a summer tire. In the heat I’d say they were awesome.

Well we can hope that Pirelli will have improved the tire they are suppling to Ford. I guess we'll know soon enough.

You win an award for most nonsense post in this thread.
There is tons of different tires that are superior to these depending on application. And lots of equally good alternatives for daily driving.

I agree 100%.

I got to experience the Pirellis on my 2017 last summer. They are terrible.

And Blizzaks are really good for winter weather. I love passing the 4WD vehicles in my Mustang on an icy day.

It seems the base Mach 1 retains the MPS4S, so this move was likely done to separate PP1's from the base Mach

The Supercar 3 is a VERY nice tire.

t is, the PP1 price increased to $6,295
kerr-rist!!! They really are gonna try to kill off the PP1 or make damn sure to fleece those who choose it. 2500 was a good deal. 4000 was a poor deal. 5000 was a shitty deal. 6300 is wallet rape.

There is something to be said for buying an non PP car and buying your own suspension, wheels and tires, etc. That is what I did.

The ps4 is excellent, no debate. But, the A/S 3+ has issues, specifically that it is somewhat noisy. The Pirelli UHP A/S is a very quiet tire. I may use them instead of the 4s when the Mach 1 comes in for cold weather usage.
