Have the AA spare tire and Ford OEM Jack. All fits nice an neat, although the trunk floor panel isn't quite flat, close, but not quite.

Yes you can put the factory jack under the spare but cover does not lay flat. There’s a significant bump which sucks. I put the oem jack in a small canvas bag.

The few jacks of that type that actually show the real ratings will show that they are rated for much less than 2 tons at the lowest height, which is where we would start raising our Mustangs with a flat tire. The OEM jack is $$ but it works.

I don't think that this model has been covered. That's the GT California Special. I have a 2019 and while it does not have Brembo brakes, it has a larger than GT brake caliper made by Continental. I wonder if the standard GT wheel has enough clearance.
Maybe someone already said this as this is over a month old but.... the GT/CS 4 piston Continental caliper is the exact same caliper ALL non PP GT's have.

FWIW, my trunk floor lays flat with the AA jack underneath the AA spare.

One needs to keep in mind that when one is jacking up one side for a flat tire, the other three wheels will still be on the ground, carrying much of the weight. Thus the jack is only carrying a fraction of the total weight of the car. If the jack is rated to hold at least 75% of the cars total weight I don't think there's any reason to worry.

Your statement is correct if the rating on the jack is assured. Not sure I would trust a $24.99 jack to lift up my car.

The manual for Husky's version of the common 1.5 ton jack rates it at 3000 lb but only at full height. At minimum height (5") it is rated at 1000 lb. My '19 GT is right at 4000 lb so one front wheel is carrying more than 1000 lb.

To those who are going to use the Hyundai Equus wheel. I went to 70.66mm, that was what another poster stated to bore the hub to. Don't just go 70.5mm as the hub bore dimension shown above from boB, or you'll be revisiting the machine shop again.
Did this fit in the spare compartment? The tire that comes on it fit?
