Ive been reading and it seems like everyone is getting a pp then changing rear gears, suspension, wheels, etc.

What makes the pp worth it?

I plan on getting getting a base PP in 3-4 months.

I won't get recaros since I don't fit in them but I like the wheels.

yes pp is worth it. don't listen to the sissies that whine about 3.73... people need something to bitch about...but it's hardly any different from other ratio in a dd environment

suspension gets changed because we like the lowered look. i sold my pp springs on ebay for $55

people change wheels and tires because they can so we all don't have same thing and have their own personal touch.

yes pp is worth it

Not everyone makes those changes..That 3.73 gear is perfect, and that suspension is just right. Those wheels are awesome too, I get lots of compliments. Didnt think Id like them and was planning to change color until I took delivery..I test drove a base with 3.31 gears a few times. My perfpack gt pulls way stronger than the 3.31s..Wouldnt have done it any other way...And when and if I go to sale it, it'll move quick at not much loss in price

Everyone is most certainly not changing rear gears. Maybe if they SC but if it's for the reason of 'shifting too much' then it's just nonsense. Skip gears!

The 6pot Brembo's, Torsen differential and center stack gauges are what sold me on it. I knew going in, I would be swapping springs, sway bars and mounts. I do that on all my Mustangs I have ever purchased over the last 25 years.

I got such a good deal, the Performance Pack was basically free. So yes, it was worth it. And I would have paid for it had I not received such a good deal anyways. $2500 is chump change for everything included. Best option for a new car I've ever seen.

Lots of goodies for a great price. The most I'll probably do is throw some springs in to drop it a bit.

On the boards I really do not hear of anyone regretting the PP.

Base GT with PP here and LOVE it!!!! I am also baffled by the people swapping out the 3.73's!!!! They totally wake the car up and when commuting I just go from 2 to 4 to 6 as was suggested above!
