Hey guys I was curious if the standard diff housing from a non PP GT will bolt into my PP car. I want to swap to the 3.31 gears but only if I can swap the housing and all.

Yeah I am aware I will be going to a standard track lock diff, I figure I can always swap them back out down the road if I start tracking the car but right now in mainly using it for a lot of highway miles and the 21.5 mpg I'm seeing is not really ideal, also 1st gear is way to short with the 3.73's. I wish ford would have went with the 3.55's in the PP cars.

Me too. Me too.

I put 315/25-20 tires on the back of my car for a bit which effectively made the final drive ratio like 3.6. Not words different but it was a much better drive. 3.55 would be sublime. 3.73 isn't bad, though - great in tight mountain roads. Not bad on the highway at all... is what it is.
