I just changed my oil on Sunday at 3k miles on my Mach 1 with Ultra Platinum. I'll let you know if the "tick" has started.

I changed mine two weeks ago at 3,850 miles with Ultra platinum bought using this deal. The oil life indicator said less than 5%, this factory fill oil had two track sessions on it.

no tick or change in sound. also ran a blackstone report on the factory fill. Will be posting that in an appropriate thread.

Thanks again for posting this, got the $25 rebate. Looks like it is still going on through the end of October.

Just changed the oil last week on my mach 1 with the Pennzoil ultra platinum and K&N oil filter. Can't sit here and pretend like I see a noticeable difference in engine or oil temps, but yeah

Walmart is known to have their own product that has a different SKU than in this case oil you'd find at an autoparts store.
I'd Check that the sku is the same as the same oil you can get outside Walmart to make sure it not a reformulated product to meet Walmart's buyers price point.
