I sent them an email a few weeks ago. They have no pricing or ETA available at this time for the full fuel system.
Gray market import?

You are correct, but there are some of us outside of the states that have track only mustangs that run the stock ECUs because of the limited aftermarket options for 6R80s.

there are some custom cars that are not in a post emissions mustangs running full electrics from newer mustangs where Cats, rear O2s and some other EPA things are not even considered to be installed. There is a 32 ford close by me that is running everything stock computer wise from a 2015 GT. The exhaust it straight from the header and down behind the front tire with single 02 in each.

another option would be to pin lockout the feature.
customers to pay a $50 or $100 fee to get the unlock code and for them to turn it off themselves or via the tuner company with a release form that the car is not intended to be driven on any public roads where the USA EPA governances the emissions of a car.
the use of this feature is only to be used in extreme custom off road applications outside of the USA. With that fee it would only be for the serious person.

i fully get where you are coming from also 100% but there will have to be a way to shut down their rear 02s and cat deletes ect.
If the car has no VIN programmed we could potentially allow it. You have to remember other countries have their own EPA, whilst they are not as trigger happy as the USA the laws are very similar and emissions is emissions. Here in Australia depending on the state you do not get an emissions test, just because you can get away with it doesn't make removing cel lights or O2 sensors legal though.

The lock out is done role based in our software and we can enable it for users. However we would want evidence before doing so, this is not something we have thought through in detail yet hence the blanket disabling until we have a procedure that could be legally verified. This is expensive and time consuming. Once we get a larger foot hold in the US we will find a path forward to enable it for legitimate users.

In the mean time there are plenty of workarounds from other workshops. I dont know the legality of it so beware, it's also definitely something we cannot endorse as a company. Feel free to message me privately if you want to discuss in more detail.

It's not even an Australia/US thing at this point. The system isn't ready for market. They do have pumps and I don't believe they would have any issue selling to me.
I believe it will be available when Dave from Kpm does his PRI booth and 3 month US tour in late November. Keep hassling them, if anyone can hook them up with beefcake or lethal I'm sure that will speed things up. Dave is very serious about bringing this to the US and making it a big name product.

I've sat in an 18gt mustang with the system and also a commodore so the kit is real and working, they are likely working on mass production and securing parts at this stage.

Beyond being friendly with the guys and knowing one from school we arent affiliated with them, so this recommendation is my personal one.

KPM Here in Australia already make a fuel system that piggybacks off the factory PWM system

I believe Dave is doing a tour of the US later this year (will be at PRI) and the systems will be distributed in the US. They utilise the factory fuel tank hat, 1000-2000hp capable with 1,2,3 pumps and full PWM control and a separate programmable module that you can configure to do what you are talking about.

Very neat bit of gear. Send them an email and I'm sure they can let you know if its available in the US yet or not.

@beefcake Terry this looks very promising, thoughts?

Playing by the rules is the only way forward.
Good plan, cause According to the EPA, if a vehicle is manufactured by a US company, then the emissions can't be tampered with no matter where in the world the car is sold.

The power companies challenged them and won, now is the time for the auto aftermarket to challenge them too.

Unelected bureaucrats making law with no accountability has to stop.
