Unfortunately I have the same exact issue on my 2016 5.0... I just had it aligned and the shop did not find broken or really offset...

Wow, that really looks like different offset wheels on either side.

Yeah I think I would be tempted to swap the rear wheels from side to side and see what it looks like - that looks to far out to be bodywork tolerances ?

Will be doing that today to see if there's any difference.

Subframe isn’t aligned. Align that then get a shop to do 4wheel alignment. Super simple
Thanks for the suggestion 09jsw! I will be booking an appointment with a local shop that specializes in Mustangs this week to get the subfame checked. Really hoping that fixes the issue.

Do you have the Steeda IRS sleeves installed?

Hey Albertcado, I bought the car about a month ago so I'm assuming it may not have that kit installed. Do you think that would resolve issue?

Thank you for all of the suggestions guys! Seems that other owners have experienced same issues and cradle/subframe is the main culprit of this offset problem. I will report back in a few weeks with conclusion.

I have them installed and for most people who get them installed (with a few exceptions), it has fixed any uneven wheel poke seen from left/right rear wheels. It basically aligns the rear subframe by forcing it to go back on exactly in the center of the mounting holes.

Steeda's description,
" Since there is a large difference in bolt and hole size, the subframe can be mis-aligned from the factory up to 1/2" left to right. "

So when they don't perfectly center the rear subframe from the factory, you'll have misalignment from left to right. I would give the Steeda IRS sleeves a shot since those make sure the subframe goes back on centered. I'll link it here, these are for your car if you do NOT have the BMR CB005 Kit.
I think it's worth a try given that it's not an expensive purchase, but you will definitely need an alignment again after these go in. Hope they fix your uneven poke.

Thanks again Albertcado, gives one hope to know that in most cases the sleeves remedies the issue.

Few pics on how much misalignment/play the subframe can have on 15-17 Mustangs.
