Sorry to see that! I can't believe you drove another 3 months like that without a code, Ford tough I guess. That is quite the chunk missing. I've been mixing 100 race gas and 91 pump 50/50 since the supercharger went on as insurance against this very thing. It's not cheap, but neither are short blocks. Best of luck getting it back together!

Mods are a Gen 5 stage 2 Whipple as the kit comes including tune, fuel pump, injectors and plugs. No other mods.

This is bad luck, it may have been a defective piston from Ford or there was a lot of knock. Possible fuel quality issue.
