The result of that overboost condition was a blown engine at 13,121 miles.

My car is stock besides the green filter.. I've had the overboost condition happen to me several times in the past 3 years.. I have an OBD reader and see the code as well, it usually happens when it's really hot out. I too get compressor surge, sounds cool but the car has no power Lol. I just stop, turn it off and turn it back on and it runs fine. I've had 6 oil changes in 3 years, evaporator replaced, gas door replaced, 3 air vents replaced, right side rear axle replaced, some engine ventilation thingy replaced (was stuck open).. needless to say the car has been in the dealers hands many times, has had many diagnostics, they tell me everything seems normal.
