Beautiful! Are those mirror caps or wrapped? How does the hood hold up in the rain/when washing? Does it get soaked underneath?

Thank you! The mirrors are painted black from the factory as part of the black accent package. The car has never seen rain and I’m very careful when washing, so far it hasn’t been an issue at all. The hood comes with a rain tray for rain/washing but I’ve never used it.

I like the look brother....I'm going to take a stab at wrapping my mirrors gloss black soon.

I love how it looks. I often wrestle with the door handles or gas cap being black as well, but I always end up keeping it how it is.

That being said, I’ve done a *very* small amount of vinyl wrapping and holy Christ that mirror has so many contours it looks super difficult… keep me posted and good luck!

After my weekend project, I am now of the opinion a lightly modified S550 bumper may just look the best. Did someone say filter?

Looks great and you are right, slightly modified and personalized is better.

By the way, the 3 bars in the lower are only cosmetic or do they glow?

They light up brother. It is actually four I blackened out one of them. Will put up a better picture later

Link below. The white does not match the car. It actually has a pinkish hue to it. I will more than likely tint them. Hope this helps!

You can see in this picture the 4th lights peaking out behind where I covered them. Will have to fix it.
