Got a couple of more years to early retirement. Gonna be a Canadian Snowbird then, I think. Myrtle Beach may be a destination for a month or so each winter by then.

Welcome to the forum @AndiObb !Hi, we just bought our first Mustang one week ago. It´s a 2017 Ecoboost for my wife and will be her every-day-car. Absolutely crazy (at least this is what people here think), but it´s worth it
Yearly tax and insurance is quite high in comparison to "normal" cars here. Also cities are more crowded and parking lots are a lot more tight than e.g. they´re in Melbourne. Also even the Ecoboost needs a lot more gas which is also quite expensive here. But all of this we knew before and it´s worth the smile every time we drive it. And honestly I don´t care much about what the neighbours are saying.
