I downsized and sold 2 of my bikes…120+ HP 09 Streetglide was the most recent one.…The days of the hot rods are over….I have 2016 Geezerglide now….I’m in the Mustang now more then on the bike.

The FX had dual plugs, heads flowed, ported, polished, valve guides and valves upgraded. Around 800 bucks parts & head work. FLO a left coast shop, the owner is/was a desert racer.

I had a 71 Sporster also, and I can tell you the Sporty was a more fun, responsive machine.

I like it I rode the FX with a solo seat, my favorite it sat lower with it.

The Civic and Escalade have > 200k. The New Edge 160k. But those are like dog miles… still fun to drive though.

Only thing I drive with regularity other than my GT is a Tesla Model 3 Performance. 90% for the 3 second 0-60. The rest for practically no maintenance and refueling at home for peanuts.

Can't believe we G junkies somehow tricked the greenies into making these possible.

Only negative so far are people thinking I believe EVs can save the planet and having to get a senator involved to get my veteran plates. MVD had been instructed to not allow anything but alternate fuel plates on any EV. I have a theory why but rather not say and let sleeping dogs lay.

Did you build them? We need details!
34 bought running but needed work, electrical, mechanical & cosmetic. Got an itch to
build one and bought parts, a few pictures show the build. Made parts, repaired body, made a paint boot, 4 years later rolled it out and fired it 2004.

55 Chevy gasser fender-well headers modified, 327 blueprinted, modern, fast burn
center bolt heads.

Finished frame, painted body, Peterbilt production color.

First firing, the owner my wife drove the 32 truck up & down the street. Took her a month to wipe the grin off he face. Was fun, plenty of work, and always thinking 3 - 4 steps ahead. I like the raw headers with the heat signature.
