I need to get my bumper repaired and my trunk lid repainted under warranty. There's only a couple of Ford dealers in Orlando to choose from:

    Greenway
    Tropical

These are the closest to me. Any experience with the body shops?

Also going to get a/c & puddle lights repaired.

Doing some searching and also found Peacock Ford, which used to be Don Reid, in Maitland. Comments so far have been better than the others.

Sun State is another one, but not so good comments.

I'm not sure if I'm too late to the party, but I had a good experience at Greenway. They painted my front bumper on my 2011 GT. Did you get yours done already?

Should be ready for pickup today or tomorrow. I had a warranty paint issue on the trunk lid. Someone apparently shut the trunk lid before the clearcoat was applied and I had a nice 4 finger handprint in there. Hopefully it all comes out OK.

Funny thing is I had the puddle lamp issue and the maintenance shop is trying to deny the claim saying a rock or something must've hit it. Complete garbage.
