Ordering ngauge

I have a 2015 gt 6r80 and need to know what rear end gears I have. On the diff stamp it says 3L55. I'm assuming this means I have the optional 3.55s but wanted to double check. I'm sorry if this is a stupid question but I'd rather get this right the first time.

I just got a lund tune and the gears did not matter even though there is a place to put it.

Thanks . S550s we cannot adjust for gears or tires as it is not PCM controlled and is BCM controlled so you will be fine. Thanks

It really only matters if you've swapped gears from what the car came from the factory with. In that case you'll not only need the tune adjusted for the proper gear ratio but you'll also need the Whipple flare tool to flash the body control module for the gear change.

biggest thing if you pick one up used, is making sure they haven't changed over from the factory gear, other than that, not needed
