To the OP...I ordered my car one week after yours...I just checked with the dealer and my car will not be built until the week of 5/24....delivery may be the week of 6/7.On s of mine also.
Congrats on the new Mustang. Please post pics when you have a chance.I just brought home a 2021 GT Premium - 401A, GT PP, MR, Active Exhaust, B&O, Manual. The dealer was right outside DFW metro. I got 4.7K under MSRP (which was 53.8K), but had $700 of add ons. If you are in the region, the best prices seem to be at a Houston Area dealership...which was another 1K lower, and lesser Addons too. But logistically getting to Houston was becoming a challenge so I bit my lip and handed over nearly 1.5K of hard earned cash. If anyone would like me to intro you to the Houston dealer, then PM with your personal ID and I can connect you with them.
Sure. I am waiting to get some decals and such done before I take it out for a golden hour shoot...right now its a pretty stock version. The dealer add ones were Tint (399!) and Etching (299). This whole nickle and diming at dealership is the poison pill that will kill this middle-year in next 5-10 years...Tesla and Carvana are living proofs. But when has long term viability trumped short term greedCongrats on the new Mustang. Please post pics when you have a chance.
If it’s OK can I ask what the “extras” Are?
Double check with your dealer to make sure your car gets priority over any stock cars they also have on order.Plants shutdown until may 17th
according to this article above the flat rock plant that makes mustangs will be closed for 4 weeks until may 17th.
So i figure i won't see it until June.
I think it's going to be increasingly rare to see 2021 model year mustangs. At least in the North where they don't sell as many to begin with.
