No kidding! I'm not to familiar with this area yet. But we bought a townhouse in little ridge. About a mile south of ridge road off of little rd. And I go out to Spring Hill often my parent have a house there fixing up to flip off of county line.

Crazy, lol. We lived in Little Creek; the same townhomes you have, just down the road! I fixed and flipped about 30 properties here in Spring Hill over the past 18 months I'm only about 3 minutes off County Line and the Veterans

Haha that's cool man small world. We like it out here so far. A lot less congested then Tampa. How is the market in Spring Hill on flips? Our house is right near lake hunter so a little further up towards 19 then you.
