I've had the supercharger on since late November and am running Amsoil 5w50 full synthetic as it's what Brenspeed uses. I installed new oil pump gear at the time of installation. My oil pressure gauge is reading close to sixty pounds at 2500 rpm and that seems high. These cars hold a lot of oil so I made sure it was up to temp. To be honest I didn't pay much attention to the oil pressure prior to the supercharger install.

Your new pump gears probably fit tighter in the pump housing. If you didn't change the pressure relief spring, I wouldn't worry about it.

Brenspeed took care of the entire installation and I don't believe they changed the spring. Thanks for the feedback.
