Whipple Flare tool that allows you to make speedo changes in the bcm. It's the only device on the market that can do it. It's about 250-300$.
Wow. I rather just look for some good used 315 35 19 or 305 35 19.

Speedo will still be off unless using a 315 but that size is only found in race tires. If you want to do it right just get the flare.

Why will it be off if I put a 35 tall tire regardless of what width is the mph should be correct since it came stock with 35 tall tire.

So I ordered my rear tires from a local speed shop to try and support my local business (they installed my springs also) and I just called to make an appointment to have them installed next week when my wheels get here and the installer was insistent on the phone that the Invo 325's are too wide and won't fit on the S550 and according to him will stick out 1 1/2".........ay yay yay........

Because the "35" is only half the info you need to calculate this. The "35" represents the height of the sidewall expressed as a percentage of the tire width; therefore if the tire width is different, the sidewall height will be different regardless of whether the percentage number is the same. If the sidewall height changes, the overall circumference changes, which will then change the amount of speedometer and odometer error.

Also keep in mind all new cars have speedometers that read 3-8% higher than reality, so changing to a slightly larger overall tire circumference will actually help correct your speedometer.

Speedo variation is not that big of a deal 3-4 mph but I get members want to run exact, you can have a local dealership also re calibrate for you its the cost of 1 hr labor so its not bad.

I've been busy helping a buddy work on his house and haven't been able to take any nice pictures. So here's a few quick pics at the job site while it's overcast:

Just a few minutes prior to this I was at the store and a hot girl yelled "Nice car!" My wife was in the car with me and she leaned forward and said "I know!"

Dang fine wheels Paul and MRR.
Hell ya lol !

Thanks! 19x10, 285/35 in the front, 19x11, 325/30 in the back. No fitment issues and no rubbing. I will be installing an FRPP Track Pack which should lower the car about an inch all around.
