I picked up my Shadow Black GT350R yesterday and I'm ecstatic. Unbeleivably beautiful and powerful. I ordered it on April 24, 2017 through C Harper Ford, Belle Vernon Pa. John Eberlein, Sales Manager was wonderful to work with. I've been watching YouTube videos for the past 1+ years. I can only say that ,as great as the videos are, The actual reality of driving this car is unsurpassable. I've had many classic and muscle cars (incl'g Z06, Z28 "69 Camaro RSSS 396/375HP) and none come close to performance and looks.
The Shadow black paint (w/ ott black stripes w/red edge) is outstanding compared to my previous black 2008 Z06. Contrary to what I have read on this forum the black paint is flat smooth on all flat surfaces incl'g hood, roof , trunk lid and even on the front fenders. There is minor "orange peel" on the doors and rear fenders. I am very impressed and I do have OCD when it comes to my cars. The craftsmanship and coating on the R wheels is unbelievable.

By the way the chasis # on my car is HR 605. I assume that these #'s are in consecutive order from the 1st car built. Can anyone tell me if that is true?

Congrats…you will love it! If you haven't already I recommend getting it fully wrapped in a PPF (i went Xpel) at soonest….those sticky tires throw everything on the car…paint chips will happen.

That's somewhat correct. You're a late model build. Earlier #'s are essentially earlier builds. I am HR 333 built 3-3-17.

New toy....very excited. I've had a 991 turbo S and a 991 GTS. So far this really comes close to those cars, for a lot less money. Love the engine, exhaust and manual.
