Tracing its roots back to the classic ten-spoke styling of the CV1, the Vossen Hybrid Forged VFS-10 wheel utilizes our advanced flow-forming technology to produce a lighter and stronger barrel. The VFS-10 serves as the mono-block counterpart to the two-piece Vossen x Work VWS-1, blending the affordability of a cast wheel and strength of a forged wheel.

The VFS-10 is available in two standard gloss finishes, Silver Metallic & Gloss Graphite. A machined Vossen Hybrid Forged cap blends seamlessly with either finish.

Currently the VFS-10 is available in multiple 20" sizes.

A cast wheel is mounted to the flow forming drum and heat is applied.

Hydraulic rollers stretch the wheel by applying pressure to to the barrel.

The wheel’s material is stretched and compressed to achieve the desired width.

Stretching the barrel material improves the grain structure of the aluminum, making a stronger and lighter barrel, similar to a forged wheel.

The VFS-10 is also on Andari Systems our 3D Virtual Garage where you can add it to over 100 vehicles.

Throwback to my Roush Inspired Mustang with Vossen CV3R's

Here is a little bit of a throwback for everyone. Here is my Roush Inspired Mustang GT with a set of our Gloss Silver CV3R's. This was the set of wheels I actually had on the car before I threw my favorite set to date on the car, My Fountain Blue Vossen Forged VPS-306's. I love the look the CV3R gives the Mustang with the classic 5-spoke look and the very clean silver finish! We also offer the CV3R in our Gloss Graphite finish as well for a more sinister appearance. Hope you guys like this throwback! Brought back many memories.
