Coining another phrase, "to each his own," I suppose but sooner or later you realize that you can't take it with you. I don't care about the resale value and I haven't given the ADM paid a second thought since. For me at least, it was a miracle getting the darn vehicle and I still feel like a kid when I hit the Start button. :-)
Yes, and even a bigger miracle you got it in the timeframe you did.

Again, for the ones who want to turn this into an ADM thread, if you have it, and you want it, and you can afford it, why not? You can get hit by a bus tomorrow.

She'll get over it. A purse, shoes, or jewelry go a long way.

I will most likely never pay any ADM (never say never )
However, if you can find me a 2020 GT500 for $71,000 let me know.......
Couldn't of said it better myself, $71,000 maybe in a couple years but no way that's happening now. You don't love this hobby cause of the return on money.

Yep and he got FOUR of them from other dealers (using VIN you can easily find what dealers too). Blows my mind people will pay 5k+ over MSRP for a Mustang.

I remember a few years ago at another dealership when I was trying to get a 2018 Fiesta ST. The dealership didn't have one and the closest was 500 miles away. The dealership, of course, wouldn't do a damn thing until we closed the deal. I guess there really is a sucker born every minute and a fool and his money are soon parted.

I just checked the depreciation of the 2020 GT500. Just driving it off the lot it drops from 83k to 71k. For those paying more than MSRP thats gotta hurt knowing just by signing the paperwork you are already almost 20k in the hole.
I feel bad for the people that paid crazy markups for the 2016 GT350. I got the car of my dreams which is the Heritage Edition at MSRP when just a few years ago people paid 5k over or more for an inferior version :giggle:

Sucks but I guess if you have the money to blow on it you won't care, I would be pissed if that happened to me. I learned my lesson when the PS3 came out, paid $600 at launch and then like 4-7 months later they released a better version for half the price lol, I was so mad.

What is MSRP on the Heritage Edition?
I love the idea and look of the H.E. btw.

So I stop today at Westway Ford in Irving, TX. They have 2 in stock. $30k ADM .................... :cwl: I can't wait for both the C8 Z06 and the S650 to be released. I sincerely hope these dealers die with their GT 500's.
