Title says it all , it use to work fine when I would connect my x4 tuner on my ecoboost mustang but now it does nothing when I connected. At first I though it was the x4 so I got replaced by sct and once I got the new one it still does the same.. Took it to orellys / autozone and there scanners won't turn on either , at this point I have no clue what it could be… I just want to get it fixed before I buy more mods thatll require me to retune..

This is pretty old but since there's no resolution: fuse 15 (20a) under the hood fixed mine. It's for convertible top motor, which I don't have, but apparently runs the obd as well. I just switched it temporally with fuse 17, which is for convertible top motor as well, and the obd worked.
