The nav is only standard with the 301A/401A package. The M1 already has some of these package features as standard therefore the standalone charge for it.

another way to look at it is that Mach 1 is more of a track focused car. One does not need navigation when on track. And if you want something extra, you pay extra. Basically, the same reason why there's not a convertible Mach 1 or why adaptive cruise control is not even an option.

You don't need a radio at the track, they give you that. They are charging for it because they can, maybe next year it might be standard.

Actually, the 700A is $1,595 I believe and the Nav is $595 so, together that is like the 401A package but you can split them out. The 401A is $2,200 on top of the GT Premium price. I don't think it's a coincidence that the end up being the same price. In the past you could split them out. My '16 is a 401A, but doesn't have NAV.
