Nothing but issues with my tunes

I just recorded one today and will be sending it to them tonight. I even brought this up to them a week ago and new tune didn't do anything different. I think they are overloaded with tuning cars or something but you'd think that a repeat customer would possibly get problems resolved first. It took them a week and a half for an update that did nothing. If they don't get this right definitely going to put them on blast for poor customer service. Definitely should have went with a better tuner. Even when data logging I had the 2 gauges on the X4 showing I had the voltage for the gas pedal to the floor and the RPM's just stuck at a certain RPM. Seems it's not a set RPM either it varies every time.

Thank you process I sent them my data log, if what they send me back doesn't work I'm heading elsewhere. Just weird no one else had has this happen. Seems like it's just one of those quick turn around tune for a buck.
