I have the PP1 wheels with the 9jx19 ET45 rims up front and 9.5jx19 ET52.5 rear.

As the wheel width and offset are different can I install 255/40/19 all around without any driving issues?

I understand limitations with tire rotation and the spec for the CONTINENTAL

EXTREMECONTACT DWS 06 PLUS indicates it will fit both rim sizes.

The car is a summer top down New England cruiser.

Sure you can. 255 will look a little stretched on the rear wheel but it will fit and roll fine.

On the continentals, the sidewalls are too soft to recommend goong 275 all round but thats an option too. 265 all round would probably be ideal. Some of us autocrossers have done 285 on the 9/9.5” wheels, no joke.

I run 275/35 on all 4 corners my winter set is 255/40 all around but it's really stretched on the rear.

I'd recommend a 265/40 on all four if you can find a decent deal on those since they're a bit of an odd size.
