I have been watching every video on every exhaust I can find for the 2015-2017 Mustang GT. How do I get the deep rumble of Eleanor without the drone? Post some videos and comments of what you have found please!

I did an H-pipe and SVT GT500 mufflers. The pipes have to be cut and rewelded which I did myself, but it's worth the time. Sounds deep and no drone.

Not mine, but here are examples

Thank you! What H pipe did you use and where do I find the mufflers? This is the sound I am looking for!

They are the mufflers. I used a Lethal Performance resonator delete H-pipe. Brand shouldn't matter. If you decide to go this way I can show you what needs to be done to make them fit like a glove

You will never get a 100% old school sound out of these cars but you sure as hell can make them deeper. I have a krona and love it. Arh with an h pipe was my second choice.

The AWE Touring is really deep and full sounding with no rasp. It was a bit too much volume for me, but it sounded amazing.

My ARH with H pipe catback is very deep with hardly any rasp and fit perfectly. It's not quite loud enough for me and I don't understand why because the mufflers are tiny with a straight through design. After the warranty is over I'll get cat deletes.

You are going to have a hell of a time getting a coyote to sound like Eleanor!! With that being said the deepest sounding exhausts I have heard on these cars are AWE Touring, Krona, and I recently heard the SVE catback exhaust and it was pretty deep. Now if you go LT that changes everything. Have fun wrecking your brains trying to figure out what sound you want....I know I did!!

I've been listening for 3 years and it's H-pipe and GT500 mufflers for me. I don't even turn the radio up anymore, sound is intoxicating.

I did resonator delete with a Mitshimoto H pipe. It’s deeper but won’t wake the neighbors. Did not want super loud.

    - 100% badass, except OP wants no rasp and the Corsa has TONS of it :D
    _______________

I changed from the Corsa to the Cervini side exit exhaust. It uses magnaflow competition mufflers. It has no rasp and a very deep tone (sound clip at end of the video).

Nope. But it does exit outside your window so it can get loud (not open headers loud though). It also got louder once I installed the TriAx shifter so I installed extra dynomat around the shifter area.

Come on, you should know by now, the answer to every exhaust question is a Corsa Extreme, X-Pipe, Catless Longtube combo. ;)

I will second that choice. It’s a very good volume with no drone and no rasp. Whats more it can take long tube headers and still be drivable without ear plugs.
