Nice! Pretty sinister looking. Screams This car may be faster than it appears :headbang:
Agreed, like a subtle hint this is not your average GT mustang :D

Got my upgraded Whipple HE and installed it today. Thanks also goes out to @4orceFed for an extra hand. This is obviously larger as you've seen from earlier posts above. Got mine in black which can be a special request when contacting Whipple and comes with a slight upcharge. I prefer the stealth look and that's what I got. Thank you also goes out to @Whipple SC and all the employees. I know we all really appreciate the continual tweaking for an already great product.

In the pic where it is mounted on the car you can see my threaded mount for my track tow eye. There was just enough room to have no problem mounting the HE.

Here it is.

Thanks for the pics. Answered my question if this would fit with the tow hook.

Where did you get that bar with the tow bolt hole?

For those that want some non-scientific, real daily driving numbers, I sat in bumper to bumper traffice for 2 hours yesterday in 78-80* Cali weather....seemed hotter BTW. My IAT's during stop and go fluctuated from 86-112*. Prior to the new heat exchanger my IAT's, in similar conditions fluctuated between 90-118*. Not scientific, but a general idea and real world observation.

So you are saying that by installing Whipple's new Intercooler your CHT is lower due to cooler fluid circulating through the supercharger?

Just curious as I plan on getting this next, just purchased the Mishimoto rad.

Whipple's tune disables the Inlet Air Temp from the cluster gauge?
Thats IAT1 which is the temp of it air before entering the motor, has nothing to do with the heat exchanger
