Big thanks for LMR running an awesome sale on these. I've been eyeing some R357's or PP2 replicas. Then these went on sale. I didn't think much of them at first, but then I started to dig them and the throwback to the split spoke 10th anniversary Cobra wheels.

I ended up going with dark graphite, 19x10 and 19x11 (they only sell these in staggered). After agonizing about tires, I went with 275/35/19 (which fit PERFECT) and 305/35/19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Wow, what a difference. The stance of the car totally changed. Definitely a lot more tire up front and back. I came off of having 255/275 Indy 500's and man, there's no comparison. The Indy 500's are a good budget-minded tire, but the difference is insurmountable between the two.

I also shed about 39lbs of rotational mass! The 19x10's are 24.5lbs and the 19x11's are 23.6lbs or so, versus 33/32 (or thereabouts) for the stock PP wheels. There was quite a difference in the weight of the tires too. The 275's are 3lbs lighter per tire than the 255 Indy 500's and the 305's were just under 2lb heavier per tire than the 275's. To me, that's really impressive. While the weight savings aren't the same as bolting on a blower, the car does feel more agile and responsive which is what I was looking for. Braking and cornering I am sure are measurably superior.

Thanks! Yeah they are still available at the same price. I’m guessing they’re liquidating the stock and probably won’t make them anymore.

They’re awesome. They’re light, like way lighter than the PP wheels. Finish is super nice gloss graphite. I’ve never heard anything bad about the SVE wheels holding up long term and they have a great finish warranty. Tire shop was impressed with them too. You’re going to dig them!!

Thanks - I really got tired of the PP wheels. So many spokes it just crowded the brakes and just looked like black disks. Lol.

Thats awesome I’m sure they’ll look sick!

New tires and wheels look great!
Wondering if you're lowered, if so how much and what springs?
Your car has a nice rake to it. đź‘Ť

I wonder if the stock ride height is the same for the PP's and the base GT's?
Anyone know?

The height is the same. The performance pack will offer upgraded components, however the springs will retain stock height. Why, you ask? Because Ford manufactures these trim packages to accommodate everyday driving. If you choose to lower the mustang with OEM parts, you may purchase the Ford Performance street package which includes all of the PP1 parts and springs that lower the vehicle approximately 1". These springs work with a stock GT suspension package as well and can be bought separately.
