This isn't going to force a recall right ?? Just basically a warning and advice on what's gonna need to be done incase the code pops up right ?

I don't know but so far Ford hasn't issued a recall so wait and see...

Correct. It is highly unlikely this will end up as a recall.

No, and legal action won't get you there either. There is no way to determine which engines produced within this timeframe will actually have issues. Not all will, maybe only a handful. This was nothing more than a bulletin to dealers telling them how to proceed with this repair rather than wasting time and money on diagnosing the concern.
