went from 17194 to 17276 and wifi pops up occurred. Finally went back to 2.2 17011 and reupgraded back to 3.0 17276. Gracenote works, wifi no longer pops up. On first start it put me into Ford Vignale theme and I thought it was kinda cool especially when you choose an option and it cycles through RGB. Any idea what car uses it?
Edit: after more research it seems to be Fords higher version of the fiesta, mondeo, etc in UK.

Unfortunately, the 17276 is GL-0011. Probably not an issue since I don't even use gracenote and the 'GLobal' build probably has everything NA does.

well this one will be more complete than the unreleased ones we're all trying..e.g wifi popups wont be there, bugs fixed etc

No, this build doesn't have an official release yet.

In the archive, only Sync 3 update. This is a universal update for all models (Nav and No Nav) and regions.

i see EU, so thats the EU (universal as you said) version and not NA i assume.

You see EU only near GraceNote base. And it's really true because I installed the European bases two months ago (because I live in Europe and need it). However in this update there are no GN databases because they were not updated. This update contains only the Sync3 shell (see attached pic). This part is universal and multilingual (like Android, iOS, etc.) and does not depend on the region and country

The first impressions of this build using seemed to me а smoother animation and the more correct switching of the day/night illumination. I think that this is subjective. You may be able to find other changes.
