Love that you ponied up the money for the 2 piece kit. It really does make a difference in lightness and handling. I assume those wheels are pretty lightweight too.

Does it feel like a world of difference from stock brakes & wheels?

It did for me. On my 2014 GT, I did a similar upgrade b/c it was Convertible (no PP available). So I upgraded to staggered wheels & 2 piece brembo brakes on the front, and 2-piece girodisc brakes for the rear. My wheels saves about 8.5 lbs each (34 lbs of unsprung rotational weight), then I forgot the difference the 2 piece rotors made, but it was another 2-3 lbs per rotor I think. And the Brembo aluminum calipers were lighter than the stock GT calipers too.

This looks great! Nice work...

The last two pics, I noticed the black trim is glossy. Did you wrap these? or are they painted?

WOW! Very nice work.

I'm a fan of all of your high end tasteful mods.

I normally do mostly OEM, FRPP, & OEM looking / minimalist mods.
Ex: GT350/GT500 stuff, like steering wheels, painted radiator cover, etc.

Your mods are the type of mods that I like.

Those rotors.....wow......

Pleases provide links for their purchase. Do they work with the PP brakes?

What did the wheel powder coating run?

I'm thinking about getting a second set of wheels for my car, and I would like them powder coated...I'm trying to figure out what a ballpark estimate for that is. There's shops locally here that can do it.

Yep all the plastic is painted
I am thinking it might almost be worth driving my car to CA to get it painted by the shop that did yours. The stripes and trim they did on yours look great.

Very nice! I got a 2015 Black GT with the PP and got those brakes painted gold. I have the regular rear brakes though so.

This. Would have never imagined the trim looking so good. Grabber would be the only way if I were to get a 2017.
