sure, no one said that hasn't happened. 289 swaps were probably a tad easier than a 5.0 into a 5.2. Not saying it doesn't happen, but the reality is different today. Also, at one point rule of thumb was how wide the belt can be that you can use to beat your spouse.Back in the day many people rented GT350's and swapped engines with a run of the mill 289.
I imagine that still happens with the rental sports cars.
What does any of that have to do with track rentals, and how does either mean the OP is a theft?
