I just noticed my drivers side window doesn't go all the way down like the passenger side window does. The drivers side window stops going down with about a quarter to half of in inch of the window still up.

Is that normal? When I searched I didn't see if mentioned so I'm thinking it's not.

My 2012 did this, put it down then tap the button down one more time. My 2012 would catch at then almost drop the last 1/4 inch.

Mine seems to leave a sliver of glass above the weatherstripping on the driver side and the passenger window of disappears completely below the weatherstripping.

That describes how my windows are perfectly. So I'm guessing it's supposed to be that way? If anyone else can chime in and confirm their windows are like this as well?

Have you guys addressed this with your Ford Dealers yet? If not, please make an appointment with them as soon as possible. Also, please PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number. I’ll loop in the customer service manager for your area.

You are not alone. Same on my 2016 GT/CS.:ford:
Thank you sir. I feel I can stop obsessing over it now. I only got a few weeks ago and made the mistake of reading this forum. All this talk of BBQ ticks and panel alignments got me a little paranoid. :D

I remember, the 2011-14 cars would get water in the doors. Turned out there was a plug at the bottom of the door, and over time it would get packed with junk and not let the water out.

I remember here in NoVa it stormed for a few days, and then I drove to the grocery store. Water sloshed around inside the door, so I called my Tech friend (member here) who laughed and told me to pull the plug out of the bottom of the door.....

Splooooooooosh all this water came out!!!!

Jeeeze Ford, come on now.
