Definitely tramlining. Though I can't say I've really noticed it on mine much, but I came from PP1 wheels.

Yep, sounds like that. No way to avoid that right? Any others notice this also?
Get a bumpsteer kit with the steeda front links with the extended ball stud. This will help your steering / feeling all those bumps. Just another mod to add to the list when lowering.

Might as well get a set of BMR camber bolts while your at it. Or you can do plates but bolts are sufficient for street use. Lots of OEMs use bolts to adjust front camber right from the factory... Since I know someone is going to say uhhh bolts are bad mmmkay lol.

It makes a big difference.

I really haven't noticed tramlining, but I do have the extended ball joints and I'm only a half inch lower than stock

Tramlining and bumpsteer are two different animals. Tramlining is a sideeffect a lot of the times due to alignment and wider front tires.

Are you running those without a bumpsteer kit?

The two go hand in hand. Don't do one without the other.

My understanding is that the extended ball joints move the pivot point 3/8-1/2" so they are beneficial for cars that have been lowered that distance or more, but the bump steer kit is only necessary for cars that are lowered more than 3/4". I'm only lowered 1/2", maybe a hair less, and am not looking to fix a problem that I don't have.

my car tramlines pretty bad on roads that are worn badly from truck tires. ive had the 295's up front with full stock pp1 suspenion and with steeda full suspension (lower control arms and bumpsteer kit). seems to be exactly the same

The tramlining may actually get better. I had rtr wheels installed and had horrible tramlining. It did improve to almost nothing after putting some miles on the car. Between the alignment and the new wheels I think the tires just needed to adjust/wear in.
